Nancy Bednar
Sewing since 6th grade, Nancy Bednar shares her passion for stitching on a daily basis through her work as an educator for Bernina of America and author of books of sewing. She travels across the country teaching both sewing machine dealers and their customers simplified and creative techniques to use on their sewing machines and sergers. She has authored 3 books, Silk Ribbon Machine Embroidery, Encyclopedia of Sewing Machine Techniques and most recently Creative Serging. Always on the lookout for the next book idea, she never misses an episode of “Runway” which celebrates her first love, garment sewing.
